I made a purchase on XXXX for {$48.00} originally on XX/XX/year>, and when I saw that one of the items wasn't going to arrive before XXXX XXXX I canceled that item right away. the amount was then adjusted to {$25.00}. I then called XXXX customer service, and they said the authorization hold would go away after 10 day, and the money would be put back but it wasn't. I then called customer service again after the 10 days, and they said that the authorization hold was up, and that the funds should have been put back by the XXXX of XXXX. I then called the number on the back of my dasher direct card to get help, and I got the run around saying the money was there, but it never appeared back in my acct after that hold was adjusted.
