In XX/XX/year>, I received {$900.00}. I attempted to w/d it and found out that my account was frozen due to a civil lien that was erroneously filed. My attorney was able to get this fixed, and the attorney that filed the lien sent a release to Cash App/Square at the end of XX/XX/year>. I emailed the company on XXXX, and they acknowledged that they had received the release. I then questioned them as to when they were going to release my money. They told me when they get around to it! This is not acceptable ; this should have been done immediately. I have emailed the company numerous times, and they do not reply to my emails. I have called them, and they have people that answer the phone that do not speak proper English, and I could not understand them, and some of them hung up on me. I have contacted the company through their app only to encounter AI not a real person.
