I traveled down to XXXX since XXXX to take care of my sick father who was on hospice. i kept all my belongings with a friend and when i came back XX/XX/XXXX, i discovered that there have been a couple of fraudulent reporting on my consumer credit report. i made attempts to speak with the companies involved and to speak with the consumer credit reporting agencies that the reports should be deleted and i was advised this morning by a representative of XXXX to get in touch with FTC.GOV that transferred me here. I have also sent to XXXX, Equifax and XXXX copies of my proof of address which is my government issued driver 's license and Social Security Card with Bank statement to prove that the address the companies were reporting is fraudulent and i have no dealing with the address. The companies reporting fraudulent report on my credit report are as follows with the account numbers being reported and all of them use this fraudulent address. A fraud alert has now been placed on my consumer credit report as advised by the consumer credit reporting agencies.
