At the beginning of 2024, we were informed that they did not accurately forecast our property taxes for the prior year. We were then responsible for repayment due to their negligence and needed to pay an additional XXXX USD each month to make up the deficit. This added XXXX to each monthly payment which we did not expect and are struggling severely to come up with. We've been paying since then but are unable to do so further. We ( my wife and I ) are unsure how to continue with this unexpected increase in cost that seems not a fault of our own.
