Contents of the complaint : This CFPB complaint has been filed to request that EXPERIAN, the credit reporting agency, block information appearing on my consumer credit report that is the result of identity theft and fraud within 4 business days of receiving this complaint under FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). This fraudulent, incorrect, and false information consists of a CAR LOANS AND HARD INQUIRIES. CAR LOANS : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. ACCT # XXXX {$37000.00} OPEN-XXXX XXXX ACCT # XXXX OPEN-XXXX. {$37000.00} HARD INQUIRIES : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX These accounts have resulted in multiple bogus INQUIRIES and CAR LOANS on my consumer FICO credit report. I have attached a list of the accounts in question, as well as a copy of your consumer FICO credit report, which includes the aforementioned bogus entries. I do not identify the aforementioned accounts and INQUIRIES, that were reported. I did not open, make, or start the aforementioned accounts, INQUIRIES on my consumer credit report, which you keep. All of the accounts, INQUIRIES listed above are the result of identity theft and fraud. I've attached a copy of FTC Identity Theft Criminal Complaint # ( XXXX ) from the US Federal Trade Commission to prove that all of the aforementioned consumer credit accounts and INQUIRIES are the consequence of identity theft and fraud.
