I moved out of " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' in XXXX of 2023, they never notified my guarantor of move out charges against me. Their description of the charges was vague and the pictures they provided as proof were so low quality that you could barely see what was in the pictures at all. My father ( the guarantor ) and I have filed a complaint with the NC DOJ against " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX '' due to predatory practices which are well documented from other former residents in their reviews. My father nor I are able to be accepted into apartments now due to these charges. We need this " collections '' mark on my credit to be removed.
