I saw a credit pull on my credit report from Arvest Mortgage. My mortgage was with XXXX and they transferred it to Arvest. I did authorize XXXX for credit pull and it decreased my credit score few months ago due to that pull. Arvest has no right to do second credit pull when XXXX transferred my mortgage to them because I did not authorize it. This reduced my credit score further and is a clear violation and it not only needs to be corrected and I also seek compensation for this mischief of Arvest. My Arvest Loan Account number is XXXX
