Experian is furnishing inaccurate information on my credit report which is causing harm to my personal life. As of XX/XX/XXXX, as listed on my most recently reviewed consumer report, there are XXXX fraudulent/unauthorized inquires listed. As a reference, please see the below inquiries : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Also, XXXX is furnishing a fraudulent/unauthorized inquiry on my report that was made on the same day as the XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX inquiry. The inquiry from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is fraud. These XXXX inquiries showed up at the same time and were not authorized by me. I am hereby notifying you that neither on those dates nor dates similar did I authorize any individual from the listed companies to pull or review my consumer report. Additionally, I have not given Experian or XXXX written consent to furnish this information. This is a violation of 15 USC and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Both my consumer and privacy rights are being violated. Please remove the above mentioned inquiries. It is Experian and XXXX 's duty to accurately report information and as of now they are not doing that. I look forward to Experian and XXXX resolving this matter with this communication. Should they choose to be willfully neglectful as it pertains to my file I will file a dispute against them in small claims court seeking remedy for said violations.
