Consumer Narrative
I am writing XXXX to dispute a recent collections account added to my credit report, by XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I did live at the location, however, I was XXXX on short notice orders in XXXX of XXXX. Before I left, I paid what I was told by the representative would be the last payment on the account. However, after I was XXXX, another bill was sent to the former address that I know longer had access to. I have no problem paying the bill, if it is correct, however, I am disputing the lack of opportunity to pay the bill. I have included my XXXX and my ID as supporting documentation. Thank you.
