On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed revvi bank a letter requesting records that were sent to all three credit bureaus be sent to me. So that I can review what was being sent. I received those documents XX/XX/XXXX three letters each addressed to all three major credit bureaus. With just 6 small sentences. Saying my account was charged off and sold. I cant do nothing about. Yet on that letter it states per internal documents the information provided is accurate and true. So everytime I dispute this. I am not being given accurate information. In XX/XX/XXXX I filed bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX it was XXXX and revvi was included in that bankruptcy. Regardless if they sold the account to a collection agency as the original creditor they have an obligation to update the reporting. They have failed to. I have attempted 8 times with XXXX XXXX and XXXX and cfpb and no one has done anything.
