XXXX The claim number listed above give details of the initial complaint. XX/XX/year> was the day this complaint was initiated today is XX/XX/year> surpassing the 30 day allowing the company to gather the appropriate documentation to counter act my claim. I have already give notice to the company the IRS accepted my 1099a so I am warranting XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to preform their obligations updating the account and all reporting attached to my accounts. I have not received any information proving the IRS did not accept my documentation and am requesting the following XXXX XXXX accounts be removed in good standing and all payments stopped until I receive my consumer portion Copy XXXX of the 1099a allowing me to know XXXX XXXX has done their due diligence in correcting this matter. If XXXX XXXX refuses to provide such documentation due to negligence I am requesting the CFPB completes a formal investigation into this matter and ALL payment are stopped and my account is placed in a due not pay due not collected status until XXXX XXXX submits the proper documentation, I am fully aware all companies dealing with Registered security have an obligation to report all tax document with the grace of having it completed with 3 years of the issuance so if XXXX XXXX wants to wait, my account needs to be placed the proper status without negatively affecting my consumer report.
