Ive informed all parties of the issue & provided the necessary documentation to support my claim. The credit reporting agency ( CRA ) & data furnisher ( DF ) are not complying with federal law regarding identity theft. Additionally, the credit reporting agency & data furnisher have not provided any evidence of an open contract, signed contract, or any valid proof this was opened, authorized, or created by me. Since this is a strict violation of FCRA laws I need the items removed from my file.
