I filed an unemployment benefit through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I paid for at the onset of terms with a personal loan from One Main Financial. One Main Financial uses XXXX XXXX XXXX, a third party vendor, for the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I began my claim after unvoluntary employment, on XX/XX/XXXX. I have consistently provided ALL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION for this benefit, including all re-employment activity through the State of Minnesota Work Force, all unemployment benefits issued to me and copies of job searches, interviews with companies and all outcomes from said interviews. One Main Financia and the XXXX XXXX XXXX have extremely poor communication. They have lied, misrepresented information and facts and they have reported me late for XXXX, XXXX. The payment from the credit insurance, have not paid as the contract states and have requested the same documents that were sent 4 times. This loan provider has used deceptive practices, lied, and caused me severe emotional distress due to reporting me as " late '' for XXXX. XXXX, thus lowering my credit score which affects my credit worthiness. I have spoken with managers, the credit insurance carrier and their resolution department and was told that they had suspended all actions on my account until this " problem '' with the credit insurance provider was remedied. This was a blatant lie and constitutes fraud, breach of contract, and violates consumer law and the XXXX amendment of " Due Process ''. This continued ordeal has cause severe emotional distress and several medical intervention emergency treatment.
