I have recached out to LVNV FUNDING LLC over 5 times asking that the XXXX accounts they have in collections be removed. LVNZ FUNDING LLC is in violation of 15-usc-1692 and 15-us-1681 I ask that both these accounts be removed as these accounts have also been charged of called the original creditor asking for a 1099c and they have not sent out yet. these accounts have been charged off by the original creditor making them taxable income by the IRS and taxable income can not be on a credit report.
