I have gathered all this information for litigation to file lawsuits and seek jury trial on this matter against the credit bureaus and this company that is making money off me while maintaining my credit in the ruins and selling my information to third parties. After reviewing my credit reports I noticed that XXXX is alleging that I owed an amount of {$7900.00} to them without furnishing any proof of verification of this debt or that they followed all laws and regulations to report. I have continuously reached out to discuss this matter and XXXX XXXX has denied all communications with me and never responded within the time frame required by law. Pursuant to 1692g, i requested the Method of Verification for the said account and XXXX XXXX failed to comply as well in a timely manner. This is in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). This is not a request for a reinvestigation of the previous dispute. I was also threatened that my credit would be ruined if I did not pay off this debt after my most recent attempts to collect data from said account investigations.
