On XXXX XX/XX/2024, I saw that on my XXXX Credit Report that there was a Hard Inquiry that I did not recognize. The Hard Inquiry is from XXXX XX/XX/2024 from a CB INDIGO XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX I called the number and it asked for my XXXX XXXX Social Security number, I did NOT enter it and waited for a prompt to speak to a representative. I pressed one to talk to a representative and it directed me to a promoted saying this a debt collection service I waited on hold but never got to speak with a representative. I called XXXX to report the Hard Inquiry as fraudulent/unauthorized. I have never heard of this bank and have never done business with them. I believe this company to be a scam/fraudulent company trying to open credit accounts using my identity.
