I am a resident of Missouri and for the past 20 years I have been having my wages garnished and my bank accounts emptied out over and over and over and I have paid this debt collector for the same account multiple times and they wont stop taking my money. I am nearly homeless due to this. It is Butler and associates out of XXXX, Kansas. It is when I was XXXX XXXX XXXX Debt and I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I just found the file folder with all the proof of letters from them stating how many times they have released me and dismissed it because it was paid in full, thousands of dollars they owe me and currently right now they have my bank account negative again And due to them, me and my children are on the streets. I cant afford a lawyer. I dont know what to do. I reached out to them. I even sent them the letters that they sent me proving I paid it over and over and over. Every letter I have, its the same case and they just change counties and paid in full over XXXX times on all XXXX accounts thousands of dollars. And right now I have no money and my bank account is frozen and negative because of them. Please help me I I looked up online and they have had many lawsuits against them. In fact, I am the second generation they are doing this to my mother went through this for 20 years and this day shes almost XXXX and she still hasnt been reimbursed for almost {$40000.00} in overpayments.
