I received paperwork in the mail that is just computer generated account bills which have my name on them, but I also obtained, through my own sources, the same paperwork of several individuals. Other than the names being different, the rest of the paperwork is identical. It is either fraud on the part of Capital One Bank, or it is major oversight on their part to protect stolen identities.
