I purchased a truck from Carvana LLC online. After a few trips to the bank because they don't accept checks from companies, I had to get a personal check to pay in full - XX/XX/XXXX. They set up the delivery date of the car and cancelled 3 times, because there was a delay with the delivery - They charged almost {$2000.00} for this. XXXX weeks later, I got the car and the next day it got flooded through the roof/ back window after a day of rain. It was in such a bad state, that I returned the car on XX/XX/year> and they accepted it. They said within a few days they were going to send the money back. XXXX week later, I have not received any communication, they deleted the car info from the online account and after I reached out to them on XX/XX/XXXX, they said, there is no record of any transaction for this purchase. They said they will get back to me ( ops department ) and have not heard back from them. I don't have the car, I don't have the money, they are ignoring me. There is no loan, but I called CFPB and they asked me to use this option
