I was contacted by a company named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, to collect a XXXX dollar debt owed to Check N Go, XXXX. I asked him to provide written documentation to me proving its my debt and they wouldn't. So I called Check N Go who was also Axcess Financial Services. They said I did take a loan on XX/XX/year> for XXXX. I did not ever sign for, take a loan or accept money from any of the companies listed. I then received an email from a company call XXXX XXXX XXXX, with a copy of a contract with my name on it. There was no signature of mine on the document and I would not ever accept a loan with 245 % interest. This loan was financed by XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and that is what is listed on the loan contract.
