Around XX/XX/XXXX, I went to open A bank account with the Navy Federal credit Union this is not my first attempt when I first attempted to do a membership with them I found out someone did fraud in my name without me knowing I went through all demographics to clear up my name seeking membership I was denied without an explanation. I gave it a while and I reapplied, XX/XX/year>. I drove to the facility with my proper government issued ID, Social Security card and also a recent bank statement to prove my identity witch is some of the materials they asked for, it was submitted I was told to call three days later to check the account it was pending. I called back Friday The representative stated the account was Permanently blocked from doing any type of business with me! I checked my mailbox and I found a letter from them asking me to, provide the same information again so I reached out to the facility. the first representative I spoke to Clearly came and told me I have an account please put me on hold for 45 minutes. Another employee came on. I explained the situation again which was put on hold for another 10 minutes to my surprise she came back on and stated that I was permanently blocked from doing any business with the Navy Federal credit Union without an explanation I provided once again all documentation that was required and still could not get an explanation on why I was denied! I was not granted access to open an account family member served in the military gave me the rite do apply by him serving and having an honorable discharge.
