The mortgage company sends letters requesting proof of hazard insurance. We obtain proof and submit as directed on the letter. This happens three more times each time submitting the paperwork as directed. Meanwhile we call customer service several times, leave our number, never get through to anyone and never receive a call back. Then we recieve a letter saying the mortgage company is buying insurance for us and will be taken out of our account. We continue to try and get through to customer service without any luck. This company is scamming people.
