I called Discover. They said my account was closed. I did more digging. The website said I made a fraud alert with bureau and I need to call Discover to update. I called them, they said they couldn't help and to call XXXX. I called XXXX, XXXX said I had no credit fraud alerts, so I called Discover again. They kept transferring me until ultimately someone said my account was closed due to a business decision, with no further explanation. I pay everything on time, I have never missed a payment, I pay it all down every month using money from my job, which just gave me a promotion yesterday and a bump in salary. I did just go to XXXX XXXX and XXXX though and used it there no problem. This all happend today.
