This concerns dispute no. XXXX. This dispute was started on or about XX/XX/XXXX. It is for the amount of {$10.00}. The credit card co. requested that I provide information to it on that date. On XX/XX/XXXX the credit card co. closed the dispute because it did not receive a response. On or about XXXX of XXXX I requested to reopen the dispute and to provide the requested information. The dispute was reopened and I provided the requested information that the the credit card co. requested. See attachment 1. The nature of the dispute is that I had a validated parking ticket and the parking attendant, despite being given the validated parking ticket, failed to apply it and thus charged me. I noted in the letter sent to the credit card co. ( attachment 1 ) that I could not provide the validated ticket because I surrendered that to the merchant at the time of the transaction. However, I provided a receipt for the restaurant that I visited, the same restaurant that validated the parking ticket. Despite receiving the requested information, which included ( 1 ) a selection of the nature of the dispute, ( 2 ) a confirmation of whether I attempted to resolve the dispute and detail about those efforts, and ( 3 ) additional information describing the event, the credit card co. sent me a response stating that the letter I provided to it " lacks all of the previously requested information. '' It is apparent that the the credit card co. has not reviewed the information provided because I did indeed provide 3 of the 4 items requested and as to the fourth I provided an explanation, as the credit card co. 's letter requests, as to if I can not provide certain documentation. I have attempted to have the credit card co. reopen the dispute but it is refusing to do so. I am demanding that it reopen the dispute and do a good faith review of the claim as it is required to do and that it acknowledge that the letter that I provided provides the information requested.
