XXXX Discover credit cards XXXX Discover Financial Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX I'm a person with a XXXX ( I have WA XXXX XXXX ID ) and can not climb more than a small flight of stairs ' I booked a hotel in XXXX XXXX for XXXX for {$460.00} was charged to my Discover credit card for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX their XXXX it showed only XXXX fight of stairs when I arrived the XXXX hotel had XXXX XXXX of stairs up to the hotel rooms ( video included here ). I disputed though Discover and hotel claimed they showed pictures of stairs in ad ( but they only showed XXXX flight ) and they would not refund. My adult son walked up/down the stairs speaking to hotel staff but they refused to refund and offered a lesser basement room which still had multiple stairs. I immediately got on phone with Discover to no avail. I submitted to Discover and they claimed to try and dispute but gave me little info and the Discover website would not let me attach videos after multiple attempts to attach and numerous phone calls to Discover. i'm asking to be reimbursed the XXXX and neither hotel, or Discover will do the right thing and reimburse me.
