On XXXX XX/XX/year>, TRANSUNION responded with a VERIFIED AND ACCURATE response to my 1 st complaint *** XXXX XXXX *** On XXXX XX/XX/year>, I initiated my XXXX complaint with the CFPB ( Complaint ID XXXX ) asking TRANSUNION to send me their METHOD OF VERIFICATION used to deliver a VERIFIED AND ACCURATE response to my XXXX XXXX complaint with the CFPB. On XX/XX/year>, TRANSUNION responded again with a VERIFIED AND ACCURATE response. *** XXXX XXXX *** This is my 2ND REQUEST for your METHOD OF VERIFICATION in accordance with FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 168i ) ( 7 ) Description of reinvestigation procedure A consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer a description referred to in paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) by not later than 15 days after receiving a request from the consumer for that description. Once again, I am writing to request the method of verification for dispute initiated and the subsequent response received. The following accounts remain on my credit report, and they should be deleted.
