Oh man, avoid Essex mortgage at all cost. Not also so they just pay " bills '' that you don't owe like the irrigation company because you don't have sprinklers. There goes {$650.00} out of my escrow account that I didn't approve or owe, now my monthly payments are up about {$150.00} because of this. On top of this, their system ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to accept my monthly payments now and I have XXXX. XXXX tells my Essex is the one who's kicking back the payment. Essex swears up and down there's a stop payment then swears up and down it's due to insufficient funds while there's {$4200.00} sitting in that account and only {$2400.00} is due. THE BIGGEST JOKE is trying to contact ANYONE. The only way I've found is a face to face video call that has to be scheduled 2 days in advance. Makes getting anything done extremely difficult. On top of this your told stuff is taken care of and is not. Multiple times told my payment will be processed without the last fee that's forced on me because they won't accept my payment so now can't use portal to pay because I don't just bend over and it's most likely to not even work. Also completely forget about trying to just call then. No one ever answers, never get a call back and the automated system is complete garbage and most the time you don't even get a ring to even talk to anyone. It just goes ok let 's connect. Beep please answer this survey for your call, then hangs up without a survey.
