XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were both reported late. Neither should have. I was advised from XXXX XXXXXXXX because I was on a credit protection since XX/XX/XXXX that didnt go through successfully for good faith I should ask to be remove by a XXXX XXXXXXXX representative. I lost my job in XX/XX/XXXX and just got divorced I have been in a XXXX XXXXXXXX as I was left to care of my XXXX kids alone. I ask now I am on track and trying to move my family away to XXXX and start over please to remove the late payments. Both accounts are up to date. The balance of XXXX XXXXXXXX is XXXX not sure why its not updated. Please give me hope to move forward with my life as I have been the lowest and just now getting back to having reasons to live. I understand fully the importance of credit and will maintain a positive report moving forward this is a huge hurdle with doing so when I was registered to be protected.
