In XXXX of XXXX grid took out XXXX fee payments of {$10.00}, XXXX of them on XX/XX/XXXX the other XXXX were taken out on XX/XX/XXXX. When I XXXX contacted Grid customer service they said that it was within their right according to their terms of service to take multiple payments at XXXX time for fees to their subscription service. I kept contacting them about the issue asking them to credit the payments back to my account and this led to them telling me I had another old account which is the account the fees were associated with. This account had been closed in XX/XX/XXXX with no balance owed. I wrote again asking them to credit my bank account the {$160.00} and they replied back that they couldn't reimburse me for the charges because they had already processed the application for my Grid card.
