I have called and left voicemails XXXX separate days asking for my account to be unlocked so i can pay my billl before credit utilization continues to hurt my credit. They have not returned the calls despite saying they would on the machine. Have also messaged them on the app countless times about it to just be told I need to call and even had snippy agents tell me Ive been told to call before. But I literally have been the issue is nobody answers.
