Dear Sir/Madam My name is XXXX. I am a student at XXXX University XXXX. I am from XXXX and my credit card is from XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX there were XXXX fraudulent transactions on my credit card. Total amount was about XXXX XXXX dollars. I did not receive any OTP. But the bank blocked it after transactions. Next day I found out. I registered a complaint against these transactions and asked for a refund. XXXX was XXXX Meta Platforms , Inc. I know XXXX provides refunds. But XXXX provides only XXXX transactions in refund. I am a student, I can not pay an amount of XXXX dollars. They are not helping me. Even when I called them from XXXX they canceled my call. I complained to them more than XXXX times. I only want all transactions amount back. I complained about that to banking court, but no response. No, my concern is that why XXXX don't have any system to compliant. I tried my best to contact to XXXX for refund but I failed. Why does XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has customer with criminal activities. Definity someone who purchased advertisement by hacking my credit card belong to any other company. A common person or hacker don't purchase advertsiments. It will be company. Its mean XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX support these companies to run its own business. My XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX. Regards XXXX XXXX XXXX
