I've been dealing with a credit report nightmare for the past few months, and I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do at this point. I had six accounts listed as 180+ days delinquent from my student loan servicer on all three of my credit reports after not having checked it for several months. I contacted my student loan servicer, and not only was I current ( I take being punctual with my payments seriously ), but they also never reported any of my accounts as delinquent. To verify that this information was correct, my servicer opened an investigation and confirmed it as accurate. They also provided documentation stating such. I opened a dispute with the credit bureaus and provided the substantiating documentation my servicer provided. That was late XXXX, and nothing has been changed. I even opened the disputes a second and I believe a third time, to no avail.
