To whom it may concern, As a consumer, I request to know all the steps your agency took to ensure these items were 100 % accurate under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 7 ) Method of verification- Description of reinvestigation procedure. A consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer a description referred to in paragraph 15 USC ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) - a notice that, if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available ; by not later than 15 days after receiving a request from the consumer for that description. I previously contacted your company to inform you that I am a Data Breach/ Identity Theft victim. I also contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed an attached FTC Report. I demanded that you please block and remove all information from my credit report and send me an updated copy of the credit report. However, the following items are still on my credit report. I need your serious work on this. Once again, Under 15 USC 1681c-2 c ( a ) the credit reporting agency must block and remove any alleged pieces of information the consumer considers identity theft within 4 business days of receiving a complaint consisting of the information below.
