I have sold my home. Account # XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Texas, XXXX. I have tried to contact Mr. Cooper to give them my new address and get my escrow funds forwarded to me. I have tried reaching them through multiple departments. The automated attendant won't let me through. I have tried having other people do it. The automated attendant will not let them through either. If I lie and get to a different department, they turn me back over to the automated attendant, which, again, will NOT let me through because it doesn't like any of my answers to any of the questions. If I tell it it is something else, it starts over instead of passing me on. I can not effectively express how thankful I am that I will never be purchasing another home with a loan again, so I will NEVER have to deal with Mr. Cooper again after I complete this transaction.
