I do have a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX with limit of {$10000.00} since XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX received email from them that my credit card limit of {$10000.00} reduced to {$250.00} and reason is on basis of my credit score of XXXX XXXX obtained from Transunion. I attached that letter with this complaint. I did call XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX today XX/XX/year> and spoke with XXXX XXXX than her Supervisor XXXX XXXX and then he transfers to XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXXXXXX XXXX to XXXX EST. Its surprised me when first person XXXX XXXX, with whom I spoke with her told me that she going to transfer to Credit Resolution Team Supervisor. But before she transfers the line, she said that she put the request to do adverse credit check and before I reply she transfer the line. When XXXX XXXX come online and when I ask him if he is Supervisor from Credit Resolution Team Supervisor, he said No, he is just Supervisor above XXXX XXXX. When I asked what XXXX XXXX said to me about Adverse credit check request, he replied that yes, she put the request for me. So, I replied to him that I did not ask for it. So, he replied to me that he will remove it, but he did not remove it when I asked later to his boss XXXX XXXX XXXX ' When he transfers to his XXXX XXXX XXXX, she said that nothing can be remove until she listens the tape conversation and then she decides. Look like without my permission and authorization, XXXX XXXX put the request for Adverse credit check even same day that bank reduced my credit card limit from {$10000.00} to {$25000.00} only.
