I filed a pervious complaint against this company for their predatory practices. I set up an additional payment to be taken from my account on XX/XX/year> and my regular payment to be taken out on XX/XX/year> my account is and has always been set up on autopay and the company normally takes payments out on those set dates. My payment were not taken and tet my account was marked as past due. I have never had a delinquent account with this company, I reached out to them because my online pay option was also blocked. The online chat representative said it was because I filed a complaint against them. Now my account looks delinquent when I did my due diligence and set my my payments before the due date. It seems as if this company is trying to punish me for filing a complaint against their predatory practices further proving that their practices are not on the up and up. Best advice I can give is do not borrow from this company ever!
