Consumer Narrative

TransUnion has repeatedly refused to run disputes on multiple accounts that are not mine. They have incorrectly processed disputes, handled the wrong disputes, and ignored requests to run disputes for the past 12 months. Attached is a letter they sent requesting verification of my address. This verification wouldn't be necessary if they weren't disregarding the information I have sent them on multiple occasions. Also attached is the address letter that has been sent to them via certified mail 19 times. Each time, they have ignored and disregarded this letter and requested the same email verification. TransUnion is responsible for mixed files and furnishing and reporting inaccurate information intentionally. They have been informed multiple times over the phone and through the mail about the inaccurate accounts ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX ). They have failed to investigate these accounts as other credit bureaus have, and have now completely ruined my credit score, making it unable to be pulled accurately. When applying for credit union accounts, they are unable to pull a correct score due to TransUnion reporting so much fraudulent information compared to other accounts. When asked to run previous disputes, TransUnion never processed them correctly within 30 days and reopened another 30-day dispute period, hoping it would go unnoticed, which is also a FCRA violation. TransUnion should not be given the chance to dispute information, and it should be removed immediately as they have shown they are not legally running disputes.
