Shellpoint Loan Services ( NewRez ) took over the servicing of my mortgage effective XX/XX/XXXX. I sent my XX/XX/XXXX payment through recurring Bill Pay to my old servicer and it was paid by my bank ( XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX. Shellpoint says it " sees '' that payment but can't get it applied to my account because they're having " trouble transferring payments to accounts '' from the old system. They want me to be " patient '' but I continue to receive notices in the mail that I am behind, now owing them more than {$6000.00} none of which is accurate. They also keep giving me different addresses to make payments to. I have set a XX/XX/XXXX Bill Pay from XXXX XXXX and am concerned it will not get applied properly.
