This is a second time I am filing a complaint please refer to the previous file # - XXXX as I am asking to reopen and review with more proof. I never got XXXX $ loan from rise and from what now XXXX XXXX XXXX is accusing me of sending made up amount. Please see more attached screen shots for proof. Even a proof of my XXXX XXXX from the original creditor that also shows a different amount. I will dispute this with XXXX and my state attorney general as well They claim and have false papers on the amount that was lended to me from Rise who is the original creditor. Please see a screen shot from my statement from MY bank with the amount that was loaned to me it is not XXXX. That is the biggest proof as it was a direct deposit. Also whe is the previous documents with payments starting in XXXX as that is when this {$2000.00} was deposit to me. Not once I had received XXXX. So that is all a LIE. See attached sheets with deposit dates amounts and payments dates from me.
