I communicated with XXXX XXXX on more than one occasion that I require large print statements to best digest the terms of this account but they yessed me to death never received big print disclosures at all to date!! Further, I also communicated on at least XXXX + occasions conveying my objectives in obtaining and being qualified for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was to pay my Property Taxes for XXXX. XXXX XXXX was only focused upon selling me the features & benefits but never ever ever pointung out the terms & conditions of my membership. Be aware that I have been an XXXX XXXX customer for over 30+ years to date. The ensuing manipulation has never occurred to me to date. The deceptive and manipulative nature of my business with XXXX XXXX is that I charged on XX/XX/XXXX " {$2100.00} '' and XXXX XXXX Endorsed this transaction 100 % allowing me to charge over my Credit Limit of {$2000.00} by only {$150.00}! As such my ADA Act of 1990 civil rights have been compromised & violated in Epic proportion!! XXXX XXXX by Never sending or adjusting my account to extra large print I would have made a different Financial decision as XXXX Acted in Bad Faith, Deceptively, and with Profit Motivators as their only motivation-Greedy for the interest Charges at the Expense and Peril of me and people like me with XXXX. The consequences caused and continue to cause me to date Significant Damages to my Credit Worthiness by the Negligence of XXXX XXXX their Lack of pre-emptive Action is incredibly Egregious and Exploitive to my Credit Reputation with Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX!! At No Time did they disclosure in a detailed and comprehensive form, fit, or function clarity by which XXXX XXXX will & did Report to All Three XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX, Equifax. And XXXX the {$150.00} over the XXXX XXXX with Devastating 7 year perpetual Impact. But they promoted me spending over my XXXX XXXX and Condoned this behavior so they could Squeeze every last XXXX XXXXXXXX in interest charges effectuated by endorsing me to Charge over my Credit Limit with No Care, Consequences, or foresight to them just me!! The Damaged is Significant as my Credit scores took a Huge Hit by 'going down XXXX XXXX for {$150.00}. It was NOT worth it to obtain this card.I want XXXX XXXX to be held Accountable for exposing me to such Large Loss of my Credit Worthiness, placing me in a very very compromised position likenend to a 3 bureau score reduction similar to a : Foreclosure and or a Bankruptcy. Its Complete insanity to me that they take on No Responsibility-these XXXX XXXX pass it onto me from my actions not theirs and now my Credit Worthiness XXXX XXXX while they laugh & Profit upon my Misfortune.
