Money Network is the service provider for the checking account where my XXXX pay is deposited, and they have made it impossible for me to access my funds for XXXX, which is due tomorrow. Their mobile app is broken and doesn't allow anyone to sign in ( see Money Network app reviews in the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX ), and there's no work-around for that. Their website is broken and gives an XXXX XXXXXXXX every time you try to sign in, and there's currently no work-around or fix for that. And when I try to withdraw my funds from a different bank, the withdrawal is blocked because I don't know the exact amount in the account, and a XXXX hold is placed on my account. Money Network doesn't deserve to exist as an organization. How is this not actionable? They have my money and won't give it to me.
