I contacted this company to find out why they added a collection to my credit report because I have never worked with them or even heard of them. They claimed that it was a collection from a previous apartment but they have not sent me ANY information regarding this debt. I even told them that they did not send me anything and the man on the phone verified that they sent it to apartment address who is claiming the debt. Before moving, I updated my address on XXXX to my new address so that any accounts would be notified. They are able to find this information yet they purposefully did not send any communications to me. I have reached out to pay whatever amount they are claiming just to be done with the issue since it is not a large amount but now they are refusing to respond to email communications and phone calls to settle this issue. I have no knowledge of this debt and I do wish to dispute it as I stated in the email. I would have disputed it previously if they had notified me properly! I have opened cases with each of the credit bureaus regarding the issue.
