My wife went into XXXX XXXX and purchased some products. She swiped our XXXX XXXX card, and unbeknownst to us, they opened a credit card in my name ( I was not present ). The credit card is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the credit card company and explained the issue and I offered to pay the original debt for the purchase with a pre-paid XXXX XXXX card and they refused to accept it. There is no way I am giving them my banking information as they requested. After XXXX minutes on the phone with XXXX or so different reps, which consisted of threats and false accusations against me and my wife, they hung up on me. They defrauded me, they are damaging my credit rating, and they are refusing to accept payment for what we owe.
