This was paid as soon as knowledge of the outstanding amount was made known to me. This charge was never overdue and collections record should be removed. 2 ) Federal Student Loan Consolidation Has Resulted In Outsized Reduction to Credit Score : Consolidated loans I have been carrying for over 10 years, with no additions, and this simple act has reduced my credit score, across reporting agencies, by XXXX XXXX XXXX These are the same loans, which have always been in a paid timely status, so I am shocked at the punitive negative impact inflicted by following Biden administration guidance to consolidate. Please investigate how these changes are justified and request adjustment to reflect actual risk adjustment incurred under IDR plan.
