I attempted to work with XXXX XXXX to XXXX ) move my scheduled payment dates to align with my new job, this they rejected which caused me to miss payments. XXXX ) I called them to attempt a reasonable payment plan given my low income. They initially offered a payment plan but it was too high at the time. They instead repossessed my car and sold my debt to a debt collection agency and refused to work with me. BCG Equities LLC ( company that bought my debt ) since closed my account and reported it to the major credit bureaus. I was able to work a payment plan through my debt relief company and have successfully paid off what has been owed ( and sold to them ). I have mailed several letters to kindly ask for a removal of this account from my credit in which they have not responded.
