On XXXX XXXX I was viewing my consumer report and its relationship between I and the consumer reporting agencies. During my investigation I realized that my consumer report has inaccurate information that's being reported on my consumer report on a monthly basis. I was never notified by XXXX, TransUnion or XXXX that they are assembling and evaluating my consumer credit and other information about me. According to the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( FCRA ) consumer reporting agencies are obligated to exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. My right to privacy has been violated by the three reporting agencies when they assumed this role.They were not given express permission by me, the consumer or a competent court of jurisdiction to issue an order stating that the three major reporting agencies are obligated to report such information. According to 15 usc1681c ( a ) ( 4 ) ( 5 ) no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing accounts placed for collections or charged to profit and loss or any other adverse item of information. Also according to the FCRA a consumer reporting agency shall not prepare or furnish an investigative consumer report on a consumer that contains information that is adverse to the interest of the consumer and that the information that is being obtained is through a personal interview with a neighbor, friend or associate of the consumer or with another person with whom the consumer is acquainted or who has knowledge of such item of information.So, not only did they fail in the initial investigation of this information, they also assumed this role, and assumed this information was valid which is a violation of my consumer rights.They did not insure that this information is accurate and you did not exercise your grave responsibility with fairness and impartiality.They took one side of the story and never consulted with me or people that is close to me or that had knowledge of this information to find out if those transaction even took place. As a result of this my privacy has been breached and identity theft has been committed by the three reporting agencies which is a violation of my right to privacy.This mishap that the consumer reporting agencies has caused ruined my reputation and it has adversely affected my credit worthiness to extend credit.
