Since this loan was with XXXX ( obtained online ), XXXX did to send any final letter to my current address to settle the debt. Instead, XXXX sold this debt to a debt collector ( National Credit Adjusters ). I asked NCA for a validation and deletion of debt pursuant to FCRA 15 USC 1692g from NCA through several mailed physical letters and phone calls. I also reached out to XXXX to settle directly which they rejected. As they sold the debt, I asked for form 1099C and they transferred me to NCA. NCA said they would mail me a 1099C but have not at all. They instead put my account as a closed account with the credit unions XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and refuse to cooperate with forms and documentation needed to validate debt sold to them.
