Reviewed most recent credit report from Trans Union and I noticed a collection/charge off that did not belong to me. After reaching out to the creditors, I was advised to contact the CRA to have the collection/charge off disputed and investigated as they do not have the ability to do so. After contacting the CRA I was meant with push-back even though I expressed the collection/charge off in questions did not belong to me. This is a clear violation of code 15 USC CODE 1681S-2 for inaccurate reporting. Please removed these accounts from my report, they are hurting my ability to obtain credit
