Consumer Narrative
Unlike other bank NFCU lets you make payments electronically and allow you to pay off the load early without penelity however, the way they get over on thier customer is if you want to pay extra for example an auto loan they post that as a payment to the following month not to the principal. They make it hard to make a principal payment it can only be done between XXXX and XXXX after you main payment hits. I believe we should have and option when paying online to add a principal payment in addition to the regular payment.
