I bank with PNC my mortgage company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX double dip into my checking account which depleting my savings account cause at the time I only had {$2100.00} my mortgage is {$2900.00} I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I informed them that they double dipped into my checking account and I wanted them to reverse the charge in terms. It led to a ten day wait so I didnt have any money, but XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tell me that a check will be mailed out to me? So I called PNC and I explained the problem to them so, I informed them that I wanted to dispute the amount that I was minus on my checking account and what was told to me is that they needed to have an investigation so again I have to wait PNC shouldve seen that my account was double dipped because I got a Social Security check and XXXX pension check they basically know my banking habits so I dont see why they let XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX double dipping into my checking account. I had a borrow money so I could survive this month. All my bills havent been paid and Im stuck with waiting. Im a XXXX XXXX
